A Special Occasion for a Dinner & Dance

It’s time to have some fun ….so come and join us!

The Woodford Show Society is in the midst of organising a local Show Ball once more. Woodford hosted Show Balls on an ongoing basis in past years until 1997 this was the last time this event occurred.

However this being our Centenary year we decided to have a revival and give the townspeople something to celebrate again. This time though it will be on the theme of the old and the new so if you choose you can come in heritage costume and win a prize for best dressed. Or if you or someone you know would be interested in entering either the Show Princess or Show Queen  competitions you can pick up nomination forms from either the Victory Cafe or from Clews News.
